SYSTEMS ANALYST - PEOPLESOFT SUPPLY CHAIN * Location: VININGS, GA Duration: 6months+ *RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supporting complex supply chain enterprise wide system(s) and IS project objectives. Creating and controlling project plans, goals, deadlines, testing, implementation, changes, upgrades and post live support of assigned systems. Working with affected departments to ensure assigned systems reflect the work environment and procedures are built to department specifications. Responsibilities include training, database/configuration maintenance, standard naming compliance, security maintenance and general support of complex systems. Coordinates work and mentors less experience analysts. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Computer Science, IS Applications, MIS, or a closely related field and 5+ years of progressive work experience as a systems analyst. Additional work experience may replace the educational requirement. Experience maintaining relationships with internal and external customers is a must. Excellent organization skills as well as excellent verbal and written skills including the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and train users is required . Ability to lead multi-faceted projects and department initiatives. Must be able to handle work schedules to address project deadlines and performance.. Must be professional and able to lead a project from conception to production in conjunction with the Project Administration Office. Subject to irregular work hours and able to address after hours on call event. Peoplesoft ERP implementation experience within supply chain modules is highly preferred.
