*Rate*: Daily rate plus air ticket. *Role #1. * *Java/Granite Developer* - this person MUST have Granite API experience and Java, see below: Skills / Experience: *- Oracle* *- WebLogic* *- SQL* *- Granite: APIs, WebServices, Database, UI* *- Java* *Responsibilities:* 1. Develop Design documents 2. Develop Java based adapters to extract Granite data based on User Requirements 3. Develop error log procedures 4. Work with client and 3rd party application vendors to clarify/confirm/explain design process 5. Work with client operations team or do it on your own to set-up/configure Oracle database and WebLogic environment 6. Perform Unit and System tests and support User Acceptance Test on developed adapters and other interfacing components 7. Provide post-production support for developed software components *Role #2. * *Granite Engineer* --- user level experience with Granite (e.g. how to build networks / circuits / equipment) that can support the Client VPI team in their effort to build test cases and perform testing. They need to understand how the information is structured in the Granite application to help the technical team break the data down into the parts that need to be exported and sent to a network planning tool.
