1-2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and
work experience - Experience with IT/IS operations support - Basic
understanding of ITIL processes and principals. Good verbal and written
communication skills. - Experience with implementation and/or operations of
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes - Experience with management of
IT/IS processes for incident, problem, change or configuration management -
Customer Service - Front line MINIMUM CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ITIL
Foundation Certification is a plus MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1-2
years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
