SFDC CRM Business Systems Analyst

Location: Newport NJ

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Capture and document business and user requirements, business
process workflows and Use Cases in Investment Banking Industry
Facilitate requirements gathering and Joint Application Design
(JAD) sessions
Manage projects through the complete SDLC
Create application QA/testing strategy, functional test plans and
test cases from Use Cases for systems testing, application
integration testing, UAT testing
Create requirements traceability matrices and track traceability
through the project life cycle
Manage and communicate with vendors and end users to resolve
application issues
Define tracking and reporting departmental / functional /
application metrics and KPIs
Recommend utilization of tools (Quest and others) to support
development, implementation, and ongoing support of applications
in scope
Provide business process mentoring for Development staff
Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution of application
issues with team
Interface with all other teams and team members to ensure smooth
operation, and integration of internally managed systems

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst for customer
facing business applications
1+ year SFDC CRM or CMS Support business processes
Experience creating test strategies and test plans.
4+ years of hands-on experience with MS Visio, MS Project and MS
Office
