Main Duties
Level 2 Application Support Analyst position is required to
manage BAU, incident, problem and change, ownership of Stage,
production and DR environment, perform BCM activities, manage
documentation, perform knowledged transfers and solidify
monitoring infrastructure. Ability to investigate, diagnose &
resolve issues related to Tibco AMX Admin, LDAP issues, Tibco
EMS. Detailed knowledge of Tibco AMX Admin. Hands on and
technically savvy. Should be able to take ownership of issues
escalated by Level 0 and Level 1. Initiate and drive Major
Incident Handling process to resolution. Ability to clearly
communicate with IT Production. Definition and enforcement of
SLAs with data providers and consumers. Ownership of Stage, Prod
and DR Environments. Release Execution. Post Release
verification. Code delivery standards enforcement. Addressing
Audit Inquiries. Executing BCM Tests. Documentation updates.
Knowledge Transfer Process to Level 1 and Level 0.
Person Requirements Basic Qualifications:
5 + years of working experience with operating systems: Linux,
Solaris, and windows.
3 + years of experince with Shell scriptiong, Perl scripting and
windows scripting.
3 + years of experience with messaging technologies.
2 + years of experience with Web server developement.
2 + years of experience with XML.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 + years of experience with Tibco AMX,Tibco business workds,
and Tibco EMS.
2 + years of experience in writing advance SQL queries.
2 + years of experience with SOAP messaging.
Good Understanding of Database management.
Great Communication and writing Skills.
