A detailed description of the required skills, experience, & assignment responsibilities are listed below. The assignment will be located in the Thrivent *Appleton *office. Travel is not expected to be required, & travel expenses will only be paid if it's requested by Thrivent. We are looking for a full-time consultant to work approximately 40 hours per week. Through effective role modeling, demonstrate expected corporate & divisional behaviors. - Set clear team & individual expectations to ensure accomplishment of team goals. - Provide complete, accurate & timely communication with project sponsors, other program & project managers, team leaders, team members (internal & external), key stakeholders & management personnel to ensure understanding of project/program vision, status & direction.
