Position:Business Analyst Location:Orlando, FL Duration:6+months Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent Experienced BA, Disney and/or Hospitality experience a plus Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific application requirements Experienced in requirements elicitation, Analysis, dissection of existing system and the ability to document the current state and functionality in logical format Ability to effectively evaluate the information gathered through work sessions and interviews, business process description and task analysis. Strong Communication with internal teams and external programs to deliver functional requirements like UI, screen and interface designs. Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements. Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams Strong documentation and translation skills that is required to complete program/project signoff and development Ability to work with diverse teams including development, Leadership, architecture, and testing teams Knowledge of reverse engineering of documentation of an application Knowledge of RequistePro, RSA, and SharePoint Demonstrated enthusiasm and aggressiveness for problem solving and ability to think outside the box to complete a task.
