*Please share suitable profiles to [email protected]* *Job Title : Fixed Income Developer* *Location : Iselin, NJ* *Duration : 6-12 Months Contract* Job Description: Responsible for assisting in customization and development of Murex, the OTC order management system. Designs, programs, and codes software in response to specific business requirements Understands how to optimize joint development efforts through appropriate project design, database use, code creation, and software architecture. The main functionality to be supported are, trade confirmation with DTCC. SWIFT wire instruction with custodian banks and interface with internal system. Develops design specifications in compliance with IT Architecture Resolves user issues and suggestions Required Skills: Financial industry knowledge: Working knowledge on Fixed Income & Over the counter derivatives trading and confirmation process (at least 1 year). Working knowledge of Murex ( 1 year plus) is required. Technical skills: Java and Unix scripting coding experience required ( 2-5 years). XML/XSLT coding experience (2 years). SQL (oracle) skills high desirable. FpML knowledge is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience 5 years experience in financial industry.
