Application will be written in ASP.Net/WPF/C#/Linq/SQL Server 2008.

*Milestones and Anticipated Deliverables*

1.    Development of the Construction Administration applications.

a.    Facilitate and lead business requirements elicitation, documentation,
and validation.  Conduct workshops, interviews, JAD sessions with business
management and staff to gather goals, objectives, expectations, operational
needs, functions and features.  Perform gap analysis against current
applications.

b.    Review current business processes and systems.

c.    Propose business process improvements based on applicable business
expectations.

d.    Enter application and system requirements into the Requirement
Management tool.  Manage business, functional and technical requirements for
traceability, change management and impact analysis.

e.    Develop test cases.

f.      Architecture definition, detailed design specifications, and use
case scenarios.

g.    Create user interfaces, and administration screens per design
specifications

h.    Unit, System, and Integration Test Results.

i.      Peer Reviews to confirm group programming standards are being
followed.

j.      User, System, and Deployment documentation.

k.    Knowledge transferred and trained FTE Staff.

2.    Converts data from the existing database into the newly designed
database.

3.    Interfaces built to other systems.

a.    Integration with existing project and construction systems.

b.    Integration with the Advantage Financial System.

4.    Project Progress Verification.

a.    Weekly Project Status reports.

b.    Attends meetings as required
