Solid business analyst skills working within the life cycle of projects, interviewing end users and documents functional requirements Ability to shift roles within multiple infrastructure projects when necessary. Ability to analyze data and recommend objective-based actions based on analysis. Experience in managing infrastructure upgrades/rollouts for client/server and end-user computing a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Citrix, Wyse Terminal, and Sharepoint a plus. Project management experience and process oriented skills are important. Knowledge of application and technical support structures a plus.
