We provide firm-wide 24x7 support for Distributed Databases across the following RDBMS platforms: - Sybase, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Informix and Microsoft Analysis Services. We provide container-level support for all these products and consultation for the main internal-development db-platforms (Sybase, DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server & Analysis Services). Your primary role in the India DBA team will be to provide Operational Support (day-to-day maintenance and management of the plant) across the supported database product range, Consultation (advising developer-community clients on design best practice, performance and tuning issues) and Engineering (improving and adding functionality to the DBA infrastructure) disciplines.
