 *Position Description:   *            *JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
*

This position is responsible for maintaining and managing the HRIS system
including the HR, Benefits Administration, Compensation modules, and system
processing. As well as, assisting the HRIS Manager in the analysis, design,
and implementation of changes or enhancements to the HRIS system. This
position works closely with the HR, Benefits, Compensation, IT, and Payroll
departments to ensure system functionality and performance.



*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: *

Other duties may be assigned.  A person in this position must have the
ability to:

¨       Perform weekly maintenance of the Benefits Administration module
and vendor interfaces/data extracts.

¨       Monitor the HRIS system through data audits and reports by working
closely with the Benefits, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure data integrity
and also recommend changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency
of the HRIS function.

¨       To support the divisions with correction of data entries into
PeopleSoft.

¨       Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of changes
to existing PeopleSoft functionality/tables, as well as any initiatives to
install new modules.

¨       Maintain the HRIS procedures manual and distribution of all changes
to the appropriate teams.

¨       Perform other duties as necessary.



*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:*

A contractor in this position must:

¨          Have a minimum of 3 years PeopleSoft HR, Benefit Admin and PS
Query experience.

¨          Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

¨          Effective multi-tasking

¨          Strong attention to detail.

¨          Quick learner

¨          Outstanding communication skills (verbal, oral and written)

¨          Strong team player

¨          Ability to work independently when required

¨          Have some knowledge of PS payroll.

¨          PeopleSoft 9.1 is a plus
