Job Title : Business Analyst Locations : East Providence RI Duration : 3 month contract * *Rate : DOE* *DESCRIPTION: **************The key for this role is a BA with Extensive ETL and Data warehousing experience************** We need a Smart BA with Financial Services background, technical skills including experience with SQL, Datawarehouses and ETL. Needs to know how to look into the database to see if the data exists and if it is in the right format for the team to extract it. The Tasks performed by the BA resources will include: Identify and analyze business problems and define the scope of activities required to address the issues, including requirement definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational streamlining where appropriate. Be involved in all aspects of projects, including documentation of project needs, analysis/research of needs and possible solutions, identifying technology and business solutions, gathering, documenting and updating business requirements. Developing business testing strategies and working with project members to execute the test plan, recommending preferred solutions, and implementing recommendations. Must have excellent communication skills – both written and oral. Must have strong documentation experience including BRD and FRDs.
