Job Title:Security Engineer
Location: Chicago,IL
Duration: 6 Months + Contract

Security Specialist will provide technical support for all aspects of
information security. This includes, but is not limited to, networking
hardware, network protocols, wireless networks, various computer operating
systems, analysis of business applications and processes. The Sr Security
Specialist will possess experience with authentication mechanisms, proxies,
IDS / IPS, and firewalls to assist in the design and deployment of secure
systems.
1. Research, test, evaluate, and troubleshoot potential solutions to
protect business environments and systems.
2. Review network and operating system controls and provide recommendations
to enhance controls.
3. Configure and maintain RSA SecurID solution, BlueCoat proxies, IBM ISS
IDS, and CheckPoint, Juniper & Cisco firewalls.
4. Maintain documentation for security systems and run procedures.
5. Acts as a liaison with other internal organizations to collect and
analyze systems and applications
