Must have *front-end and back-end Java development experience with Java/J2EE including experience with EJB, Struts, HTML, UML, and JSP*. *Swing experience is strongly preferred but will consider candidates with either Java Web Development (JSP/Struts) or Swing experience. Must also have experience with OO Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Gap Analysis of existing software to current and future designs. Must have experience working with Relational databases (preferably Oracle), and experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle phases.
