Must have *front-end and back-end Java development experience with Java/J2EE including experience with EJB, Struts, HTML, UML, and JSP*. *Swing experience is strongly preferred but will consider candidates with either Java Web Development (JSP/Struts) or Swing experience. Must also have experience with OO Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) and Gap Analysis of existing software to current and future designs.
