Looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analysts with a minimum of 5
years experience in one or more of the following functional
specialties; *Customer
Relationship and Billing,* Human Resources, Finance and/or Supply Chain
Management. These positions are located at Pittsburgh.
*Job Summary: *
POSITION: Senior SAP Functional Analysts
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
Analyze SAP functions, business processes, and user needs and perform
functional configuration and maintenance tasks according to operational and
business needs. Will support one or more functional departments, working
closely with department management/supervision.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
1. Provide functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements
definitions.
2. Perform functional configuration tasks for the related modules to
satisfy business requirements.
3. Provide data migration, interface support, and functional support as
necessary.
4. Assist in the design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and
enhancements.
5. Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process
procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
6. Provide production support, resolve end user support problems, resolve
system defects (break/fix), and analyze proposed improvements or changes to
the system.
7. Define user authorization requirements.
8. Coordinate production & QA deployments, release planning and application
versioning.
9. Support development of training work products and respond to trainer
questions.
*Basic Qualifications: *
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
• A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or
equivalent. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for
preferred education
• Minimum of ten years of applications support experience preferred
combined with at least 5 years experience as SAP Functional Analyst
• Exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 is preferred but not required
• Must have strong experience in analyzing requirements for internal users

*KNOWLEDGE OF:*
• Principles of SAP specific modules within functional specialty area
• Fundamentals of systems analysis, functional configuration and
testing
• Methods of developing operational process specifications
*The following experience is a plus but not required:*
• Knowledge of Utilities industry
• SAP Industry Solutions Utility experience
• SAP FI module experience
• SAP Certification is a plus
