SAP Security Administrator
Location: Portland, OR

OVERVIEW:
The consultant will need to perform the following in the HCM SAP
Module:
Provide resource(s) on site for consulting services as directed by IT
management to complete the work identified. The contract resource will
work alongside the IT Security and SAP team members to provide
consulting and knowledge transfer.
The purpose of this Security Administrator position is primarily to
provide security administration support for all SAP environments.
There will be backup responsibilities for Active Directory and Google
Apps user and group administration in the team. Activities include
providing consulting services, providing expert level understanding of
SAP security, recommending/contributing to business process solutions,
and providing end-user training.
The Security Administrator will carry out established SAP user and
profile lifecycle management procedures, meeting current IT Security
needs based on expert level SAP knowledge. This consultant will
provide the expertise to resolve end user support issues where
necessary.

REQUIRED:
3+ Years experience w/ SAP Security Administration in each of the
following SAP environments/modules: ECC, SRM, BI/BW, and Portal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAP User, Role, and Profile Security: Participate in and influence the
lifecycle of information security controls associated with users,
roles, and profiles within the enterprise SAP system.

Internal SAP Security Auditing & Monitoring: Perform ad hoc risk
assessment and analysis throughout the SAP system including the ECC,
SRM, BI/BW, and Portal subsystems. Monitor the SAP system and
processes for compliance with established information security
policies and procedures using self, team, and external resources.
Conduct Internal Audits of the SAP system at planned intervals, using
interviewing and automated tools. Develop documentation (reports)
showing Internal Audit activity, findings, plans, and determinations
of effectiveness of the SAP system and its associated controls.
Participate in testing new system components with a focus on
comprehensive risk reduction in all parts of the system. Assist with
ongoing management review.

Security Procedure Development and Maintenance: Planning, analysis,
development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP
system security procedures and tools. Maintain documentation of SAP
security procedures.

Information Security Incident Handling: Serve as primary contact for
Information Security Incident Handling for SAP. Using the established
IT Security information security incident handling methodology,
develop and implement procedures and other controls capable of
enabling prompt detection of security events and response to security
incidents in the SAP system. Identify and communicate appropriate
corrective and preventive actions to/with all interested parties with
a level of detail appropriate to the circumstances and, as relevant,
agree on how to proceed. Collect evidence associated with Incident
Handling, including evidence required for internal investigations,
conforming when necessary to the rules for evidence in the relevant
jurisdiction.

Backup AD/Google/Postini Identity and Access Management: Participate
in and influence the lifecycle of information security controls
associated with users, groups, and entitlements within the IT
information system.
