*Position: - *Automation Test Engineer. *Location: - *Minneapolis (MN) *Duration: - *Long Term Test Automation (L2)-Should be able to differentiate the various test automation frameworks in the market and their applicability to the AUT. Should understand the service offerings from Automation practice and leverage on the same, if required. Should have awareness on the various testing tool stools related certifications available in the market to improve the competency. Should be able to work on QTP and understands the overview on QTP as test automation tool - features, performance and usage. Web Testing (L2)-Should have a test to break attitude and should be able to design positive & negative test scenarios based on the validation on controls, cookies etc Testing Concepts (L2)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and execute software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide new members in the team to help them scale up faster. Testing Concepts (L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different Testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, and Regression test ingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. Testing Concepts (L2)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans.
