*Job Summary*
The report developer will analyze, design and write reports using Crystal
Reports 2008 and Microsoft SSRS and test the reports against the end user
application and deploy to test and production environments. The candidate
must possess strong data analysis skills in SQL Server database as a part
of initial testing and data integration skills to support homogenous data
from different source systems. Implement and enforce standard
documentation, development, and testing processes for the full life cycle
of reporting objects. Partner with business owners to ensure needs are met
and to identify new ways to add value through the application of reporting
technology.
*Primary Roles:***
· *Perform design and develop reports using Crystal Reports 2008
and Microsoft SSRS.*
· *Publish and schedule reports in SAP Info view. Deploy SSRS
reports in Share Point Server 2010.***
· *Creates or modifies procedures to solve highly complex problems
considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and
form of desired results.*
· *Respond to production support on existing reports and implement
immediate resolution.***
*Specific Requirement and Skills:*
· *4+ years of experience in design and development of SAP Crystal
Reports 2008 and well experience in deploying reports Crystal Reports
Server 2008 enterprise/Business Objects Enterprise 3.1 platforms.*
· *4+ years of experience in design and development of reports in
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services environment.*
· *Capable of publishing the SSRS reports into a Share Point Server
2010.*
· *Experience with developing scalable reports including drill down
functionalities, sub reports, parameterized reports with filters with
static and dynamic parameters.** *
· *Create cross tabular reports, charts, dashboard displays, sub
reports, and drill down reports *
· *Good understanding of Crystal reports Server architecture and
monitor servers and make sure all job servers are up and running.*
· *Experience with report tuning and optimizing SQL queries within
the report.*
· *Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, including SQL
language, stored procedures, summary tables, and indexing.***
· *Experience writing both SQL queries and stored procedures.***
· *Good interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with the
business stake holders to understand the business requirement.*
