Must have relevant skills in Integration Server and Broker version 8.1. *Project Summary:* The existing MAS to OCS ticket interface is a process that sends a file with ticket updates via FTP from MAS to OCS every 3 minutes. Upon receipt of the file, OCS processes the data before it can be viewed in the OCS application. This process does not provide the desired service level between the time an end user enters a ticket into MAS and when the update appears in the OCS application.
