Duration: 6+ months
Cust Svc PM position. The person should have:
1. 5 – 10 years of PM experience implementing projects that
involve IT heavily
2. Property/Casualty insurance experience
3. Experience with P/C state expansion or the CSC Straight
Through Processing product would be an *added plus* but would not be
required.
*Customer Service – Business PM*
The Customer Service Division at Erie Insurance is seeking a *contract
project manager* to lead or co-lead Customer Service Division projects that
can be either Divisionally-specific or cross-Divisional. This person will
partner closely with the IT Project Managers already assigned to these
projects.
- Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree
o 5 or more years of Project Management experience managing
large complex projects
o 3 or more years of experience presenting project progress
and issues to upper levels of management
o Experience in managing project teams consisting of
cross-functional roles across the business and IT (e.g., business subject
matter experts, business analyst, system analyst, software engineers, etc.)
o Experience in managing large projects over a complete
life cycle from idea generation to deployment and post-production support
o Strong business and financial acumen
o Strong ability to direct the work of others
o Strong leadership skills
o Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills
o Strong communications, interpersonal, change management
and relationship management skills
- Preferred:
o Advanced Degree
o PMP designation
o Insurance experience
