- QA Functional Tester – Agile Team
*Required:* (ranked in order of importance)
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of cooperation
- Willingness to span multiple job titles (QA, BA, whatever needed)
- QA Testing experience on an Agile project in a .NET environment
- Paired testing
- Acceptance Test-Driven development
- Creating Acceptance Test Criteria
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, interactive environment
- *Experience with Personal Property Insurance (Home or Auto)** ***
*Preferred: *(ranked in order of importance)
- Wiring the Acceptance Test to the Core Application using Tools such as
Selenium, FitNesse, WatiN or WatiR
- Ability to read and interpret .NET code
- Ability to read and interpret C# code
- Ability to read and interpret XML
- Some exposure to SpecFlow and/or Gherkin syntax
- Experience working with an Insurance Agent-facing system
