Development platform will use SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, Nintex 2010 Workflows, Visual Studio 2010 and various other .NET components; back-end database will be MS SQL. The SharePoint Developer is expected to have extensive SharePoint Microsoft.NET development experience - development, configuration and implementation of solutions on enterprise initiatives. S/he should have a solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of SharePoint Server 2010, SharePoint Foundation 2010 including Service Application architecture. SharePoint knowledge should include an understanding of architectural design, hands on Web Parts development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.**** **** **** *Key deliverables will be:* Assist in the analysis and definition of technical design for Results Based Management (RBM) system including associated interfaces.
