Demonstrate in-depth understanding of Database Administration concepts and hands on experience with DB2 database administration tools and utilities under z/OS. Develop and enforce system design/QSL-coding standards. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. Assign and review the work of other developers. Consult with users, and Lead DBA to review and finalize solution design. Perform all aspects of database support and maintenance as directed by the Lead DBA and the Client.
