Creates detailed Business Process Documents to support training materials. Creates and adheres to detailed training development schedules for all assigned topics. Identifies and validates training topics (courses). Creates UPK training materials based on established standards. Edits and finalizes UPK training materials based on peer and SME review. Creates content packages for publishing to LMS, as needed. Conducts peer review on UPK content developed by others, as needed. *Key Responsibilities:* Support Oracle UPK installation and other technical issues. Support development of informational briefings. *Develop content for program curricula deliverables:* Course Outlines Courseware Presentations Business process flows End User Procedures in UPK Business scenario-based exercises Exercise data simulations in UPK Conduct Peer Reviews of all materials Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather learning objectives and overall understanding Review training curriculum/content with SMEs and obtain sign-off Report weekly on project status and issues to project management Facilitate material review session with SMEs Prepare trainers to deliver program content Peer review of UPK training materials Participate in UAT *Other Desirable Skills:* Strong understanding of Financial business processes. PeopleSoft financials background is a plus.
