OR* *Duration : 2 Years Contract* *Job Description* Primarily responsible for investigating issues/inquiries from suppliers and determining root cause, correcting where able and escalating if necessary to the appropriate accounting functions (AP/AR/PO/GL, etc.) or Corporate IT team throughout the procure-to-pay cycle. * * *General Skills and Abilities* Functional knowledge of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform Experience with Procure-to-Pay optimization workflows within SRM system Some experience with catalog data management integrated with business process workflows Knowledge and experience of supplier management workflow and operational procurement processes to monitor payment status, and ensure payment compliance with end-to-end invoice management. Knowledge and Experience with SAP AP/AR/GL/PO functional modules Ability to work effectively with company’s materials supplier to investigate and resolve issues from procurement to payment Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills Skilled at complex analysis, detailed design, and complex troubleshooting abilities, requiring a highly analytical mindset *Preferred Qualifications* Bachelors Degree from an accredited college At least 5 years experience in SAP SRM Module At least 5 years working within SAP AP/AR/GL Modules Proficient knowledge using MS Office and Outlook *Additional Notes: * There is no configuring or coding, but more of a super user on the front end but with an understanding of the big picture on the back end so they can help users.
