Web Services, including REST
Unix scripting
Javascript
Oracle SQL and PL/SQL syntax knowledge
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or later
Entity Framework
Devart
TOAD for Oracle
Visual Source Safe
Infragistics Net Advantage
Utility industry or retail sales knowledge working with billing,
commissions, quote management, costing or
contract management business processes
