Job Specifications:
Business Systems Analyst - BSA will work directly with project
requirements, perform analysis in order to drive design solutions and
document the design of the changes required to support a project during the
project lifecycle.
Skills required are intermediate:
▪ 3 – 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience in the (*Credit Card
Industry is a plus*)
▪ 3 – 5 years of general Business Systems Analyst experience
▪ Leadership skills to work with peers across teams
▪ Analytical skills,* Excellent Communication Skills and Writing Skills*
▪ Functional documentation
▪ *Mainframe *Background is Preferred on a few of the positions
▪ Detail-oriented
▪ *MS Office skills, Visio, Process Flows, Data Flows*
▪ Issue resolution
▪ Oral and written communication
▪ Ability to multi-task
