*Location : Stanford, CT* *Duration : 9 Months* * * *BI Reporting Analyst* • Responsible for the “common design” of new reporting solutions to successfully leverage the WM/QM solution. • To ensure that designed solutions align with business priorities and needs • Ensure consistent Supply KPI chain between Globe WM and WIMS sites during the solution deployment timeframe *Main Responsibilities* • Act as a BI liaison between the Globe WM team, the BI Team and business partners. • Manage the following project deliverables: o Gather and document in detail, the as-is reporting requirements related to WM & QM o Leverage information on BI best practices across the category and other operating concerns o Align with business stakeholders on key priorities to be covered by the design of the new solution o Design and document the to-be reporting requirements as they pertain to the newly designed processes o Capture functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical BI requirements o Perform testing and validation of delivered solutions o Engage the business for market acceptance of the new solution o Create end user documentation and training materials or support the creation of these materials o Support the implementation pilot of the common design • Work closely with the Applications Services department to evaluate available technology and recommend the design of a BI solution architecture that best satisfies business needs • Collaboration with Key Business users that drive the majority of Supply Chain reports • Create end user training materials and support end user training Dimensions / KPIs Successful completion of key project deliverables Timely updates on progress and risks to business and leadership Key Competencies / Skills • 3 or more years’ experience with SAP BW, including knowledge of at least 1 or more other SAP modules. • Prior experience with OLAP technologies: Business Objects • Analytical, multi-tasking, dynamic, flexible and motivated team player; Independent thinker with effective time management skills. • Multi-dimensional architecture skills including technical experience with relational database technologies. • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills • Strong time and project management skills from vision to implementation • Works independently with minimal supervision and takes initiative in a dynamic environment • Highly developed communication and presentation skills and has ability to articulate technical concepts into business terms • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including VB or .Net • 2-3 years of non IT business experience with prior experience with supply chain reporting systems, and inventory concepts. • 1 year experience with ABAP code preferred -- *Regards* *Kumar Gourav* *Sr. Technical Recruiter * *RG Talent Inc.* *Phone : 510 443 0758 ext 116* *Fax No. : 510-952-4633*** *Email : [email protected] <[email protected]>*** *URL : www.rgtalent.com* *YIM/GTalk --> ad.gourav* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
