*Required Skills: *
· Manage extended tech delivery skill set teams which
will require daily workload assessment and prioritization with ability to
make adjustments depending upon account or ITO schedules or ad hoc urgent
conditions
· Require experience with this range of ITO service
areas: Network, WINTEL, HP-UX, Linux, Storage, BUR, WebLogic, DBA
· Prefer experience with major application development
support and associated environments
· Good interpersonal skills—support the ADE’s goals and
deliverables, work collaboratively with account leadership team and
application delivery teams; in particular able to take and react to rapid
change in direction or priorities from the ADE
· Self starting, does not require constant direction;
but also cognizant about when to escalate
· Interface with account PMO team for project schedule
status and updates
· Technical change review and approval from the
Operations scope
