Job Title: Salesforce Developer and Siebel
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration 6+Months
Need 10+ years candidates for the below position
1) Salesforce System/Technical Analyst – (1 – 2 Resources)
4-5 years of experience
Need someone who is a Salesforce expert to help fill in their own knowledge
gaps.
Need someone who is a Salesforce Administrator, has done hands-on
configuration work, and knows the ins and outs.
Need someone who can not only create functional design and workflow
documents based upon the business requirements, but also someone that can
help design the solution itself and put a puzzle together.
Experience with analyzing the requirements from the business and convert
them into technical/function specs, then work with the salesforce.comdevelopers.
Need to see examples of what they’ve done-business diagrams, specs, etc.
Good communication skills - Will be working with multiple business groups.
Medium to large corporation experience needed
Financial services experience is a plus but not a required
2) Salesforce developers (3 – 4 Resources)
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer, 5+ an option also.
Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) using SFA (Salesforce Automation),
Force.com, Dataloader, Migration, Integration and Administration.
The following experience is a plus but not required: data.com, CRM
implementations.
No architects- need hands on (“doers”)
