Need good as400 pls Job Title: QA Manual Duration: 4 month contract to potential hire Location: Downers Grove, IL Job Description: Must Haves: 4/5 yrs experience – 100% QA work - they do not want anyone over qualified. Strong manual test case writing – they will be doing all manual testing Strong AS 400 testing – they will be testing AS 400 100% of the time. All manual testing Works independently Excellent troubleshooting skills Excellent multitasking skills Can work in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment Current navigation knowledge of AS400 front and back end (we are a heavy AS400 shop, if there is web testing it must be duplicated on the AS400) Proficient in SQL writing and execution (basic queries , data farming, and joins) Proficient in test case writing and execution Perform Quality Assurance Testing Develop and maintain test plans, manual test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and "ad-hoc testing" Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests Identify, log, prioritize, communicate, and resolve issues with developers and/or project managers.
