Job Description Senior Project Manager to support Finance Initiatives for several different Bank Systems. Successful candidate will have IT Project Management background with banking/finance knowledge and 7+ yrs. of project management and Banking experience. Requires ability to manage all project management activities in support of multiple, simultaneous project initiatives. Requires the ability to comfortably interface with Business Partners and Segment owners to help in understanding strategic needs and requirements. Requires strong fundamental project management skills (communication, coordination, planning, oversight, issue and risk management) and in-depth project management experience. Must have strong facilitation/moderator, problem solving, and motivation skills. Requires experience with structured project management methodologies (PMI, etc.). Demonstrated experience coordinating medium/large projects with impacts across multiple areas of IT and Line of Business. Must be a self-starter with ability to take direction and work independently while also working in a team environment. Experience managing two or more IT initiatives is essential.
