Receives general instruction on complex projects and can work independently to determine requirements for new projects and assignments. *Special Requirement/ Certifications:* .NET, C#, HTML 5, Silverlight, Java Script web application development experience required. PL/SQL &Oracle experience preferred. Good knowledge of accepted engineering practices. Excellent analytical skills; the ability to prioritize projects; good oral and written communication skills; and good interpersonal skills required.
