The consultant will work onsite and take direction from agency personnel to deploy Data Center equipment. Normal work hours will be M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend work. Some work may be required downtown and in Brooklyn, NY. Mandatory Requirements: Must possess hands on experience in installation, administration, configuration, and tuning of the following: UNIX (Solaris) including LDOMs Linux (Red Hat) Windows Server VMWare Netware to Windows migrations NDS Migrator/Quest software Desirable Requirements: Must possess hands on experience in installation, administration, configuration, and tuning of the following: Microsoft Print Services HP Access Control Secure Pull Printing Wireless Networking NetBackup Ability to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Job Description: The consultant will install, configure, and tune IT equipment.
