Title: Peoplesoft Security Analyst
Contract Duration: 9 + months
Location: Princeton, New Jersey
Minimum Requirements:

*Essential Qualifications *

   - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology related field
   or business administration
   - Minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft security experience
   - Entity relationship diagramming (ERD), Process flowcharting (VISIO)
   - PeopleSoft Query
   - Advanced skill in Microsoft Office products
   - Experienced in PeopleSoft configuration and setup
   - Experienced in establishing PeopleSoft User Profiles, securing
   processes, dynamic role assignment, and application security
   - Experience in creating of PeopleSoft Roles, permission lists, query
   trees and user preferences
   - PeopleSoft 9.0 or 9.1 experience preferred
   - Experience in Chartfield security preferred


Description:

*Position Summary *

The Security Analyst is responsible for designing, defining and configuring
security for PeopleSoft 9,2 Financials, Hyperion, Concur and Sci-Quest.

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft security analyst with
excellent analytical and technical skills who is service oriented, has good
communication and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to work with
staff at all levels.


*Primary duties include the following: *



   - Analyze business process flow diagrams to determine security access
   requirements based on personas and functions
   - Analyze Role requirements, permission lists and workflow requirements
   - Finalize Roles, personas & business functions and their relationships
   - Design Roles (assign permissions to roles, operator preferences)
   consistently across financial systems
   - Configure Roles, Permissions, and Operator Preferences (in each Prime
   system)
   - Assist in the integration with our Oracle single system sign on
   solution.
   - Support Org readiness team in using roles to create user profiles and
   scenarios for training
   - Design security access request form
   - Design workflow
   - Design process to update and maintain security authorization and role
   assignment
   - Train Financial Service Center on how to assign roles to each function
   - Develop test plan
