Position :SR Business Process Analyst Location: Pittsford, NY Duration: 6 Month Required Skills/Competencies: 10+ years enterprise level IT infrastructure, operations and/or customer service experience Strong Business Process Optimization (BPO) skills with a demonstrated track record of improving operational performance within a Customer Support organization Ability to interact and lead teams of Subject Matter Experts, facilitate work shops, problem solve, generate structured documentation, appropriately confront issues and motivate team members IT Service Management process assessment, system requirements analysis, design blueprinting and extensive documentation experience preferably working for a provider of IT services.
