Need EAD GC Citizen Only Job Description: Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply: Experience providing detailed technical infrastructure analysis for new deployments of new server or application technology in large scale (1000+ servers), multi-site data center environments. Experience as technical Lead on IT Projects and/or working with other groups as part of project team. Experience must include deployment of team materials using the following tools: MS project, Visio, Excel, and Word to produce technical documentation. Troubleshoot network-related tasks including troubleshooting server/application communications in a multi-homed server environment on a secure multi-tiered network using OS and/or 3rd party tools. Experience developing communication materials for a variety of audiences ranging from executive summaries to technical post mortems. Must include experience with Power Point, Word, Excel. Experience as Systems Administer supporting: Windows 2003-2012 for 24x7 Support in a large scale environment with multiple Intel platforms (over 1500 Windows severs). Experience installing, configuring and supporting the following MicroSoft products: Exchange, MicroSoft clustered Services Experience installing, configuring and supporting the following ITS data center standard products: TSM backup clients, CA SiteMinder. Demonstrated knowledge with systems related to Tivoli ITM, Oracle, AIX, LINUX, Solaris, HP-UX, VMWare/ESX, Mainframe & EMC/IBM Storage. Experience with large government organizations, to include processes that often impact business analysis with government purchasing and budgeting, as well as communications management within large, evolving organizations, and technical collaboration with chief technical officers and enterprise information security officers. Experience using and supporting business functions in ITSM Service-Now.
