Immediate need Genesys Consultant -Pittsburgh, PA

Role:   Genesys Consultant
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 3-6+months

*Required Skills:  *
Application Development with Java or .NET
Knowledge of and experience designing, coding, and implementing voice and
multimedia routing strategies using Genesys Framework 7.6 and 8.0
Genesys Reporting including CCPulse, CCAnalyzer, and InfoMart
Knowledge of JSP/Servlet, HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, HTML, XML, and XSLT
Two years of experience with IVR/VXML (voice applications)
Strong Telephony, Voice and call center background
Experience in PBX with VDN and Vector programming
Knowledge of PC / Desktop applications
Routing and Multimedia experience with Genesys
Knowledge of RightFax application and functionality
Knowledge of corporate email server functionality

*General Responsibilities:*
Ensure that Genesys applications are upgraded in a timely manner to most
current
Manage supported releases to allow the continued successful operation of
Genesys environments
Perform moves adds and changes for agent and basic skills
Identifying appropriate Call Flows business requirements (including
treatments, and priorities)
Data gathering, calling list generation and campaign management
Build and configuration information in the Genesys Configuration Manager
Configuration information (advisor ID.s, DN.s, route points, trunk
ports,etc.)
Compile and maintain attached data requirements
Gathering of stored procedures for development and maintenance
Work with Web Development, RightFax and Email Sever administrators to
create and maintain application functionality
Plan, develop and test VoiceXML applications developed with Java and VXML
programming

*Specific Project Goals :*
Plan, install, configure, and maintenance of Customer Interaction
Management Platform, inbound and outbound voice , Info Mart, Workforce
Manager, SIP servers, CCPulse, Chat and Fax.
Development of special components of the Genesys Suite; such as routing
strategies, GVP, GAD, custom reports, and applications that integrate with
Genesys.
Create and build call routing strategies – Inbound, Outbound, Chat, Fax and
Email
Create and maintain desktop screen pop customization  and functionality
Develop and support call center lines of business in addressing
requirements, testing and deployment of GVP applications.
Establish and support the network infrastructure of the Contact Center
development and production environments.
