Develops application programs using multi-tiered environment. Knowledge of MVC 3 & MVC 4 programming and frameworks. Knowledge of WCF programming and frameworks. Knowledge of WPF programming and frameworks. Reviews system resources, performance and does maintenance. Debugs Infrastructure Applications\Software problems. Minimum Requirements: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field; also, at least five (5) years equivalent work experience as a programmer/systems analyst. Additional related experience and/or current technical certifications may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Microsoft Developer Certification a plus. Full systems development life cycle experience developing applications in a three tier environment (Client, Application, Web, Mobile, Database). Experience developing web-enabled applications – VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Reporting Services, Windows Web Services. Considerable knowledge of application development in a three tier environment Considerable knowledge of application development using tools such as Visual Basic, VBScript, JSON, HTML5, CSS, ASP, VB.NET, C#, MS-SQL, ADO, XML, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Visual Studio 2008 & 2012 Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret functional organizational and procedural problems, and to make alterations in existing systems.
