Additionally, the supplier should provide test resources to provide test
strategy, scripting support, and test validation of tools and automation
delivered above.
1.3. Key Deliverables
The supplier is expected to provide service design, software development
and test services for the above services. The broad level scope is:
General:
• Weekly status reports detailing project tasks completed over the previous
week, tasks to be performed in the upcoming week, and current project
issues and risks
• Project plan detailing all project tasks, task owner, and estimated task
durations. Updated project plan indicated percentage of tasks completed to
be submitted on a weekly basis.
• All code submitted must support localization and globalization as
appropriate. Localization and globalization guidelines provided by
Microsoft must be adhered to.
• All work delivered must follow the test team’s standards and practices to
be provided by Microsoft
