This position manages all stakeholders up and outside the organization and sets the strategic direction for governance of all deployments and other solution enhancements of the of the T@C SAP version for the enterprise. *55% SAP Program Mgmt & Leadership** * *25% -Strategic Program Planning** * *20% - SAP Project Management** * * * *Required Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other information technology experience - 10 + years of IT or professional development efforts - *5 + years leading global SAP deployment* - Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations of SAP globally - Business knowledge through experience or education (Business – IS alignment) - Experience interacting with senior business executives - Mature problem solving skills coupled with a practical business approach - Comfortable dealing with a high-stress environment consistently - Experienced program, project and procurement management skills - Conflict Management - *5 + years project management experience* - Relationship building skills - Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities - Experience resource management with blended onshore/offshore resources at scale Travel will ebb and flow throughout the life of a project and could be up to 25% on an annual basis *Preferred Qualifications* - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other information technology degree - Experience managing development in a complex multi-platform environment serving a global business * * *Broad knowledge of multiple aspects of animal nutrition business software and / or SAP technology Software Development Methodologies and tools* ==================================================== Please feel free to contact me for any questions.
