Candidate MUST be an excellent communicator and team player and MUST have at least 5 years of working experience in the United States and be at least 26 years of age. * *Position: .Net Developer* *Duration: Long Term * *Location: Cincinnati, Ohio* *Responsibilities* The Sr. Developer position is responsible for design, development, deployment, and production support for a transactional middle tier, XML service layer, batch file import and extract, and browser based applications. The ability to work in a team environment and take initiative is necessary. The ability to do functional design and code reviews is necessary. Candidate will focus on developing in a multi-tiered environment. Prior experience with enterprise class application development is a plus. Candidate will design and develop software to support real-time transactions and transactions sourced from files. Applications supported include a custom data retrieval application, XML web service integration to a high volume web site, enterprise application GUI interface, and several file extract based integrations. Strong SQL and problem solving skills are required. ------------------------------ *Qualifications* Qualifications 5-7 years development experience, VB.NET and C# required (currently using Visual Studio.NET 2008-2010 and .NET 3.5/4.0) Strong SQL skills (Oracle pl/sql strongly preferred) and Oracle.NET experience. Strong Object Oriented development skills and and unit/code testing experience is required Browser application development experience (ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, client-side scripting, and XPATH) is a plus but not absolutely required.
