Design, code, test, debug and document programs.
Support and troubleshoot CRM applications as required, optimizing
performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up
on problem reports.
Collaborate with business to create web pages that deliver a consistent,
easy-to-use Customer Service Rep experience.
Work in a team structure within and across development, support and
infrastructure teams to plan and execute business initiatives.

*Requirements
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
3+ years practical experience in web development (VB.Net, VBScript,
ASP.Net, TFS, WCF Services, C# or JavaScript)
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
Retail and/or eCommerce Web Development
Proven track record of prioritizing a heavy workload and meeting deadlines.
Excellent problem solving skills
First-rate client-fronting and consultative skills
