*Job Description:* Responsible for enhancements and maintenance of Lotus Notes 8.5 application. Gain understanding of the application from documentation and interviewing SMEs Interpret requirements and develop and document design specifications. Develop code and perform unit-testing per the specifications. Conduct review of Architecture and design specifications, code with fellow team members. Plan, document and support deployment activities for release of changes to production environment. Work with tech lead(s), test engineer, business area in a collaborative manner for resolution of issues, defects, etc. Maintain the non-production environments for the applications and work with different IT support teams for release of software changes in various environments. *Required skills:* Senior level Lotus notes developer required with exceptional technical and analytical skills. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Should be able to demonstrate the skills required to effectively build and maintain Domino 8.5 applications with the application of commensurate knowledge and skills in following areas:LotusScript, Java, Java Script, Web services. Should be able to effectively build and deploy composite applications with Notes Domino 8.5. Provide program development and maintenance support utilizing Lotus Notes databases, web based applications, Java scripting, Java and Notrix. Must be able to analyze client's requirements, processes and operations; develop and implement test plans, debug programs and develop technical documentation. Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and have the ability to solve problems.
