*Required:*
1. Work with business areas that are responsible for NERC CIP compliance
(Business Systems, Transmission, Security
Services, and Energy Supply) to develop, review and implement policies and
procedures that will ensure compliance; in
particular,
Defining the scope and content of policies and procedures, where needed
Reviewing / critiquing procedure documentation, including evidence of
compliance, to identify gaps
Packaging and organizing documentation, including suggesting tools /
methods to improve organization

2. Serve as the liaison between our regulators (the NERC regions) and the
internal business areas
Coordinating responses to regulator requests
Ensuring that documentation and evidence provided is responsive and
well-organized

3. Independently assess the business areas’ compliance through internal
spot checks / audits
Identifying target areas for review
Designing and executing assessments of compliance in target areas
Following up on identified actions for improvement

4. Identify areas that have the potential for current or future
non-compliance, and develop / implement plans to correct these

areas

5. Oversee internal plans to implement Version 4 and Version 5 of the CIP
standards, including
Providing subject matter expertise on key changes
Reviewing and identifying gaps in implementation plans
Monitoring implementation activities
