*Job Summary:* To perform primary administration and development support activities related to corporate Siebel systems. This includes facilitating all infrastructure build and support activities, upgrades, deployments, testing, troubleshooting and health checks. Responsibilities also include contributing to the design and support of data migration activities and all associated mentoring and training of peers in all areas of Siebel applications. The individual in this position will work closely with the Enterprise Technology and Services team, systems designers and developers, analysis, project managers, quality assurance and end-users *SIEBEL ADMIN* Provide support for Siebel environments, on versions ranging from 8.2 and above. Participate in and/or lead infrastructure build activities as appropriate. Maintain the current response and availability service levels with different business units. Monitor, resolve and document incidents associated to this product suite. Migration of Siebel repository & deployment of the Siebel application. Siebel patching and upgrades. Environment refreshes. *Experience and Education: * Any experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities would qualify. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: five or more years of experience in Siebel Administration; Completion of college level course work in computer science or closely related field. Mastery of Siebel administration (version 8.2 and upwards). Unix server administration highly preferred. 2-3 yrs of experience with Unix (i.e AIX) preferred Excellent analytical, communication skills and prior experience in working directly with end customers. Experience in troubleshooting and being accountable to application end users. Experience with Siebel Tools application; Siebel Configuration and knowledge of the different Siebel components. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Oracle Enterprise Manager (for Siebel support and management) and Oracle AIA Exposure to Oracle Database environments - understands fundamentals of the Oracle DB environment Exposure to job scheduling and Siebel application load balancing.
