Basic Qualifications: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology 3-5 years experience with mainframe based applications built with CICS, COBOL and JCL required 3-5 years experience with mainframe based applications built with IMS, DB2, VSAM, and MQ Series preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in mainframe programming Preferred Skills: Experience with an online system with high availability credit card auth system, high throughput and quick response times is preferred Functional experience with change management, implementation planning and release management Experience in code management and versioning methodologies with experience with a leading code management Financial industry experience and credit card or payment systems experience in large scale/high volume industry is preferred Good oral and written communication skills Must work well either independently or as part of a team with a strong desire to excel Experience with developing and managing interfaces with various Credit card associations preferred.
