*Job Title: .Net Developer w/Winforms -- Retail Location: Union, NJ Duration: 6-12 months* Our client, an international leader in the Retail/E-Commerce space is seeking a .Net Developer to work on an Enterprise-wide WinForms project. * Responsibilities and Required Skills:* 5 + years experience hands-on *WinForms* experience, specifically on the UI aspect (as opposed to Database side); This will be specifically for DESKTOP APPLICATIONS, not WEB APPLICATIONS 5+ years experience with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2008 or higher and C# 2 + years/excellent understanding of WPF Expertise in writing SQL Queries Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially, Oracle and DB2 UDB), SQL, PL/SQL Proven ability to build high-performance and stable client/server applications utilizing RDBMS. Experience in building applications in an N-tier environment is highly desired. Proficient with the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7. Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, DB Visualizer, PL/SQL Developer, etc), MS Source Safe or other source code control system, XML. Excellent verbal and written skills (using English).
